Texas — The National Retail Federation estimates shoppers will spend a combined $11.6 billion before Halloween this year. So, in the spirit of saving money, why not buy from your local thrift store this holiday?

[Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Texas](https://goodwilldallas.org/) stopped by Merit Street to share tips on how you can live your best *hot ghoul* Halloween for $25 or less.
