#### Season 1 | Episode 43

Dr. Phil is joined by lawmakers, Addiction Experts, and guests who have been personally impacted by the legalization of drugs in Oregon to discuss just how Dystopian the state has become. Is there hope for change? Tune in tonight to find out.

Oregon became the first state in the country to decriminalize illicit drugs. Now as homelessness, crime and overdoses take over Portland, transforming the liberal northwest coast city into what some have called a “nightmare dystopia”, Dr. Phil is joined by experts to discuss the state’s efforts to reverse course as a final attempt to save their cities.
