Dr. Phil meets three ex-employees who say they fought back against robbers, unruly customers, and gangs. Michael, a barista, Austin, a grocery bagger, and Tyler, a security guard say they were forced to defend themselves and their other co-workers after being assaulted. They say they thought they were doing the right thing. BUT their employers felt differently. All three were fired. Dr. Phil finds out from Co-Anchor at News on Merit Street and former LA criminal prosecutor, Loni Coombs if it these men were heroes or liabilities.
